	Jenne Lonergan, Director of Operations, is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Event Management. Jenne brings tremendous value to CDSA. 	Program Directors and Operations Staff. Our certified staff welcomes and greets attendees; provides extensive knowledge on the state of Arizona and its history, plants and animals. They attend to every detail from the beginning of the program to the final departure so that the comfort and safety of every participant is ensured.
