Certificates will not be issued regardless of exam score.
All practice exams are FREE.

FOR ELIGIBLE OPERATORS
To be an Eligible Operator you must be:
• A Certified Operator employed at a water distribution or water treatment facility serving less than 3,300 persons, AND
• The Facility is a community public water system or nontransient noncommunity public water system.
Click here if you are an eligible operator and would like complimentary lodging on the night before the training and on Day 1. The cutoff date for guaranteed lodging will be 20 days before the start of the program. Please contact Noah Adams at NRA@AZDEQ.GOV if you are unsure of your eligibility.

It is the attendee's responsibility to make their own hotel reservations if you are registering within 20 days of the meeting. If eligibility can be approved by ADEQ before the meeting and you are eligible, ADEQ will reimburse you for your lodging. Please ask for the ADEQ rate when you contact the facility.
