LODGING (2-day sessions)

ADEQ will provide lodging and per diem for eligible certified operators that attend a minimum of 10 hours training at one training session. Reservations must be made 20 days before the program date to guarantee ADEQ payment for lodging.

If you are unsure of eligibility please contact Noah Adams at nra@azdeq.gov. You will need your operator certification number, the name of your Public Water System (PWS) and the PWS identification number.

All others needing lodging should make reservations directly to the hotel and mention ADEQ to receive a discounted rate.

The cutoff date for guaranteed lodging will be 20 days before the start of the program. After that, rooms will be released and lodging will be on a space available basis. There will be limited ADEQ rates available.

LODGING (3-day sessions)

It is the attendee's responsibility to make their own lodging arrangements. If you are eligible for reimbursement please submit a copy of your bill along with your name and address where the check is to be sent to:

CANCELLATION/CHANGE PROCEDURES

NOTE: There will be a $25.00 invoice billed for no shows each day. Reservations may be cancelled up to 5 days before the meeting.
