Marc S. Tucker, Vice Chairman and Staff Director,
Tough Choices or Tough Times (TCTT), and President,
NCEE. Mr. Tucker will address the Arizona K-12 TCTT reform movement
and will discuss ramifications for Postsecondary Education of Arizona's
participation in the national TCTT consortium with state leaders. |  |

examines how students, workers, employers, and policy leaders make decisions which become key
factors in Arizona communities' economic development.
